I'll be in downtown Flint, MI, at The Flint Journal, 540 S. Saginaw St., from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, May 11 for a book signing with fellow Journal alums Andrew Heller and Elizabeth Shaw. Come down and check out the new Journal offices in the Rowe Building and pick up a good read while you're here. I'll have copies of my last three releases -- MR. RIGHT THERE ALL ALONG, THE PRINCESS NEXT DOOR and THE PRETEND PROPOSAL. Andy will be signing collections of his columns and Liz has penned a nonfiction account of Michigan's last wolverine.

The Pretend Proposal and what's coming next

The Pretend Proposal came out from Harlequin Romance this month (April). You can read an excerpt on my books page. It will be off store shelves soon, but, as always, it can be ordered online from retailers such as eHarlequin, Amazon and Barnes & Noble and in ebook form from the same.

Coming out next in the US and UK is If the Ring Fits... I believe the release date for that one is August 2012, also from Harlequin Romance. If you like sexy Italian men, you won't want to miss it!

My August release from Harlequin Romance and Mills & Boon RIVA will hit store shelves in just a few short weeks. I received my advance copies the other day. It's hard to believe this is my 25th book! I received my 25th book pin from Harlequin last week at the Black & White Ball in New York's Waldorf Astoria. Quite a proud moment for me!

I'm really excited to have my titles released through this new fresh and modern Mills & Boon line. My first RIVA book will be THE ROAD NOT TAKEN in March.

In the meantime, if you live in the U.K, be sure to go to Selfridges on London's Oxford Street and check out The Together Shop. It will be up and running through Feb. 18 and features Mills & Boon writer Heidi Rice as the author-in-residence during Valentine's Day Week.

Here's what's coming in 2011

I have at least two new titles coming out in 2011. Arriving on store shelves in the U.S. in March is "The Daddy Diaries." It will be released the same month in the U.K. as "The Road Not Taken." I'm not sure why the different titles for the different markets, but I hope readers will pick it up.

In July, my first Romantic Comedy comes out in the U.K. I'm still not firm on a release date in the U.S. The title is "Mr. Right There All Along."

Just a couple more weeks until Christmas arrives. I'm almost done with my shopping and, just as importantly, I'm done with what will be my 25th book! That certainly helps put the merry in Christmas.

Mills & Boon By Request is re-releasing my 2004 book, Her Stand-In Groom, in the UK in October in the anthology Gorgeous Grooms.

Gorgeous grooms. Mmm. Stephen Danbury definitely fits the description!

The anthology also includes books by the Liz Fielding and Natasha Oakley.

Bella Rosa book gets 4.5 stars

I'm very excited to announce that my Brides of Bella Rosa book, America's Star-Crossed Sweethearts, earned 4.5 stars from RT. The series is wonderful and my book, out in October, is number seven of eight.

It's Myrna Mckenzie's "Saving Cinderella." (A fabulous read and the cover is to die for.) Shirley Jump's "Vegas Pregnancy Surprise" is coming in July. (Another great book!)
